Community
At World Campus Connections, our Community is our lifeline. We therefore are careful to return back and give of our time and resources. Through partnership with our sister organization, World Campus Ministries, we support a variety of community initiatives as we live out one of the pillars of World Campus, which is Service.
Service projects and programs can take many forms and we do not limit the type or duration of the projects that we may support. However, there are core initiatives that we feel help support the lives of young people and therefore, these are on-going Programs of WCC that we sponsor throughout the year.

Our Programs
Our programs allow us an opportunity to connect with our community and further our mission. These programs are instrumental in helping our students gain confidence, build needed career skills, expand their global view, and showcase their talents. Many of these programs also align with the United Nation's Target Goals and is a way for us to prove our support for these initiatives. We believe that these are the essential elements that help young people succeed in life.
Building Schools
At the core of a quality education is the building itself. Through partnership with our sister organization World Campus Ministries (WCM), we work to build new quality schools or upgrade existing ones both domestically and abroad in accordance to SDG 4-A.

Young Adult Group
Our young adult group has always been at the heart of the World Campus family and is the reason we started our organization. This is a welcoming space and seeks to align with SDG 4-5 which eliminates discrimination in education. At WCC, improving the lives of young people remains our overarching goal and will always drive what we do.
Learning Lab
Our STEAM and Innovation challenges allow our students an opportunity to showcase their talents and discover new ones. During this bi-annual challenge, students demonstrate their abilities to innovate by building new products or services. We award the winners with a cash prize.
STEAM and Innovation Challenge
Our learning lab is where students learn new skills. From popular computer aided design (CAD) engineering software to AI-driven programs, our students build valuable career skills often times even before entering college. Further, our learning lab is where students obtain proficiency in reading and mathematics as part of our SDG 4-6 goal of obtaining universal literacy and numeracy.
Teach Abroad
In partnership with International Volunteer HQ, WCC conducts an annual trip through its Teach Abroad Program along with our World Campus Ministries organization. This 1-week program allows participants to teach English in underprivileged communities around the world, which aligns with our SDG 4-1 goal of Free Primary Education.

Mentoring
Through our volunteer efforts, we conduct free mentoring sessions with selected young people to provide further personal attention. Our mentors have a heart for young people and their personal guidance help shape the lives of the students they serve.
Wellness & Fitness
We offer a variety of wellness and fitness initiatives geared toward maintaining physical and mental health. From aerobics to resistance training, we conduct community courses that promote wellness. We also address dietary and mental wellbeing through seminars, YouTube, and one-on-one counseling.
Showcases & Performances
At WCC we are indeed a STEAM driven organization, which means that not only do we support Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math, but we also support the Arts. Through our Showcases & Performances Program, we provide opportunities for young people to publicly display their artistic and creative gifts.
Sustainable Development & Global Citizenship
Teacher Training
We promote sustainable living according to SDG 4-7 and embody the idea of Global Citizenship for all of our students. This is not only the right thing to do for our environment, it also teaches students the importance of conserving natural resources and seeking alternatives to living. Further, the Global Citizens idea highlights the fact that we are all apart of an interconnected global society with responsibilities beyond our national boarders.
The need for professional educators has never been more evident. Teachers are the soul of the education system and domestic school districts, as well as developing countries, are in need of qualified teachers. SDG 4-C sets the increase of qualified teachers as one of its Targets, and WCC plans to meet this objective through self -sponsored and collaborative trainings.
In the memory of our co-founder's mother (Tony Guice), we established the Luerene Brooks Caddle Memorial Scholarship in 2023. We support graduating students headed off to college for the first time or those getting advanced degrees. Our scholarship helps meet the UN's target goal of expanding higher education scholarships in developing countries (SDG 4-B).
Scholarship Fund
We also created the Christine Glantz Endowment Fund, mother of WCC’s first donor. The fund was created as a lasting tribute to celebrate the life of Mrs. Glantz, and a way to continue to help others as she did through her teaching career, participation in community service, and endless dedication as a mother, wife, grandmother, and friend to many. The fund will also help WCC, and the work that we do, to exist for generations to come.
